I loved my stay here and would definitely return. We had room 1 which was stunning and featured a roll top bath. The huge bay windows gave a beautiful view of nature. The weather had been very hot but with the aircon and giant bed, I slept like a log!! The staff were all very helpful and breakfast was yum.

Fabulous characterful farm house with a friendly welcome. Great facilities with guest lounge and easy parking. Very comfortable and spacious bedrooms. Rivals the best breakfast available in the country.

One of the best

Wonderful inn, amazing food, gorgeous room. Everything spotlessly clean. Super friendly staff. The whole experience was magical. Breakfast was stunning. Cant write a single bad thing, because this place and people are just so perfect.

Lovely hotel, conveniently located 10 minutes from the railrway station. Comfortable rooms, great service. Breakfast was excellent.

The decor of pub is stunning and the staff very attentive, also the breakfast very good and plenty choices. Cross the road is woods with footpaths where i had a good walk is also a garden centre near by where i found beautiful gifts.exellent weekend trip for me.❤

Stayed in the Oak Room for one night - it has lovely views and the garden is beautiful. It is two rooms in the attic plus a private bathroom. There are low oak beams so take bumping you head as part of the charm and some narrow stairs.

comfortable, relaxing hotel. Robes and slippers in the room, which is great if you want to wander down to the spa, and/or chill out. The breakfast was lovely, a good selection and good quality. All staff from the reception, spa and breakfast were professional, friendly and helpful. The grounds are very well kept with nice seating areas to relax and enjoy the views. The spa is small, however they are up grading this and im sure it will be amazing once completed.

We spent four nights at the Royal Wells Hotel at the end of a 10 day holiday in Kent. The hotel was perfect, excellent service from every staff member we met, delicious food with the best breakfast choice of any hotel we've stayed in. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We would definitely recommend the hotel and would stay here again if we visit the area in the future.

Very friendly staff, evening meal and breakfast done to a high quality. Everything you need in the rooms including hairdryer

Great stay

We went to the hotel under difficult circumstances and were overwhelmed by the staff at the pub. Friendly, kind and could not help you enough. Fraser the manager has a slick run ship, supported by a wonderful team. Caroline in particular was just outstanding. She is a credit to the company. So much so that we have also booked to stay there New Year's Eve to lap up the atmosphere again. The team at a joy to be around and the staff are people who have that extra thing that you can't train...

The staff were very friendly on check in. Room was very clean could have done with a chair. The mini fridge and breakfast basket in the room was a very pleasent surprise. Restaurant is not open most days anymore due to no chef. Pubs coffee shops and takeaways are very close to the hotel to get a meal.

Didn’t dislike anything staff excellent and professional really nice day

We only stayed for the one night but we will definitely be returning. The owner/staff are lovely, the room and amenities were superb and the breakfast is the best we’ve ever had, cooked perfectly and it just tasted lovely. Can’t recommend this place enough. Hastings Old Town is a great little place too.

The room was absolutely gorgeous, so spacious and clean! We arrived and had two smoothies waiting for us and we were asked before arriving what milk we’d like for our coffees/tea. I loved that there was a coffee machine in the room, as well as a selection of teas to have. There was also a hand written note on the desk for when we arrived too. Absolutely will stay here again!
