"It’s a relaxing place.Ellen the host was extremely friendly.Very calm and relaxing personal working at the hotel.The views from the hotel are simply gorgeous(Lauterbrunnen valley as well as Jungfraujoch) Stayed for 4 nights and left with a bug happy smile. Thank You Maya Caprice Team."

"I paid extra ($600 a night) for a room with a balcony and a view of the valley and alps. When I arrived I was given a room on the back with a tree in front of the window. When I showed my reservation, I felt the manager blamed me for not contacting the hotel and saying Expedia/hotel.com didn’t show ..."
