"The stuff were lovely. The breakfast was amazing. It is a beautiful place but definitely need some upkeep work done to it. More than five tiles in the swimming pool. Broken one of us cut their toes on them because they’re sharp. Wooden planks around some of the trees have been warped on the deck and popped out of place not pleasant to look at and are trip hazards. We had a lovely time and I wouldn’t discount that I would recommend this place but it definitely needs some work."

"The staff were lovely, helpful and very accommodating for all our needs. The place was tended to twice a day, the fridge stocked which was also very handy and cheap. The only downfall was there was no conditioner and the tv was only downstairs so we brought it up to the room for our stay. It was a gorgeous spot with the most amazing view to wake up to. One of the best restaurants was right across the road!! Thanks again, it was wonderful"

"Fantastisk ophold! En lille oase, 2 min gang for hjertet af Lembongan. Den sødeste og hjælpesomme vært. Den sødeste rengøringsdame. Et helt unikt sted . Det eneste minus, hvis man kan kalde det det, er at der var et badekar, men der var kun varmt vand til 10 cm ☺️ Og så var det også lidt underligt, at rengøringen kom 45 min før vi tjekkede ud, selvom vi allerede tjekkede ud 9:45. Men det er virkelig småting. Jeg vil anbefale stedet til alle!"

The photos always come out professional looking. Their breakfast buffet and Sunday brunch are both delicious and I am impressed by how friendly, professional, and responsive the team that works at Pala Restaurant. The room I stayed was clean and beautiful. They even upgraded us to the one with a lagoon so we could enjoy some private swimming away from the crowd. We had a splendid time there and would definitely consider Apurva Kempinski if we return to Bali"

If you are a light sleeper or off schedule from the time change avoid the rooms on the south side of the property as there is construction at the property next door. As a solo traveller there weren’t any places to hang out, like a bar, so I spent extra time in my room. Which was fine for me and restorative, but did get lonely. Next time, I’ll bring company. ♥️"
