"It was a perfect spot to book close to Hanoi train street."

"Great location and staff. Clean and well mentioned hotel. Perfect stay"

"It so good facilities and nice staff"

"We had a great stay! Hosts were always helpful and responsive, multiple times responding very promptly to our requests. The room is bright and airy with lots of windows and natural light just like the photos. Everything is very clean. We loved sitting and watching the activity on the street below. The internet is very fast. The free washing machine and dryers were a plus. You do have to furnish your own detergent. The apartment is near many restaurants and the Tong Duy Tan food street. A Circle...

"Very clean and comfortable stay. Staff was friendly and helpful, property was in convenient location walkable to many attractions and old quarter. Property appeared to be newly renovated. Highly recommend"

"This is one of the best hotels I have ever been! The customer service was beyond phenomenal. The staff helped me to book tours, local restaurants, local bars...they all took care of me, making my stay unforgettable. First time in Vietnam and I could not be happier. Will def come back to this hotel! "

"Very cost effective and friendly staffs"

"Amazing place to stay!!! My family booked your hotel for the last nights in Hanoi. Staff were absolutely amazing. Very friendly, nothing they wouldn't do for you. Always greated with a smile. Short walk to Hona Kiem lake and easy access to the night market. You could hear the train horn sound and the train street cafes just a short walk away. Room was lovely and tidy and new towels and bin change everyday. Air con and heating. The best balcony we had. The only thing I was gutted about was the...

"It is a convenient location and staff can speak pretty good English. Only setback is that the sound proofing is not great. For a light sleeper like me not as ideal as I could hear doors slamming and vibration each time and cause our room is just 1 level below the restaurant, I could literally hear sounds of plates and all. Apart from this, pretty good overall. Like their breakfast spread and the free manicure service for guests!"

"Sehr zuvorkommendes und hilfsbereites Personal, schönes ruhiges Zimmer, ausgestattet mit Wasser und Zahnbürsten etc. Perfekt zentral gelegen, sehr gutes WLAN."

"Staff very super nice, helpfu and knowledgeable about the area and Hanoi in general. Accommodation was very good and the hotel is located plumb in the old quarter very close to lots of shops and markets."

"Service was impeccable. There's always someone to open the door and help with luggage. Rooms are a touch outdated but very well maintained and clean. We were on the 6th floor and there was minimal noise. Overall the room was a really nice oasis to return to after a day in the heat and hustle of Hanoi. They change the towels and sheets and clean the room on a daily basis. There is a terrace on the top floor which we regret not visiting and a gym which was adequate for us. They also had...
