"The pool was broken and the staff said the only maintenance man was on another job and the hotel owners didn't see fixing the pool for the guests as a priority. Also the check in area and hallways very warm and muggy, was told the management likes it warm. The bathroom vent in the room made a horrible noise starting up and while running. The toilet was very low and it clunked when you sat down. Needs tightened is my guess. Hotel needs repairs."
"The property was decently clean, never saw a houskeeper, but pool was stalked with towels and we enjoyed the breakfast.
Had a little bit of issues with staff. Slightly rude about curtains to pool area. I just wanted to watch my son from the lobby through the windows and was moving the blinds to see in. Was confronted by staff about it. To be fair I don't think she knew I was a parent.
Then we were put on "hold" for the front desk for like 5 minutes. They just placed the phone on the counter and never got back to us. I went to the front desk in person while my husband was still on the line. 🙄Just needed sheets for the pullout bed."
"We were at this hotel to go to a family wedding. We reserved a handicapped room hoping for a walk-in shower. Nope. However the closet clothes bar was very low —I guess for a wheelchair bound person. There was a plastic piece to cover the bump from the tile area to the carpet. It was nailed down but the nails were popping up & we constantly caught our shows & socks on those nails. We found hair stuck to the inside of the shower curtain which we couldn’t remove. On our last night in the hotel, we found a huge chunk of hair as if from a wig or extensions. GROSS!! Someone had clipped their thick toenails & they were wedged on the carpet. YUCK! We only ate the offered breakfast once & we’re quite disappointed. The ONLY positive thing we can honestly say is that we loved the bed. Out of our 4 night stay, we slept really well for 3 nights. Nope, we will never book at a Comfort Inn & Suites again. I stayed in a different one (same name) in northeast Tennessee & we had to room with ants!! Never again."
"I always stay here when I'm in town for work. It's usually very quiet and clean. Luis* I hope is his name, front desk, is always AMAZING!! HE GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND!"
Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Flint Grand Blanc

"Like: very clean,
Dislike: Bed was too hard and uncomfortable, did not sleed well.
Breakfast bar had missing items and only 1 garbage can which was overflowing. Attendant was mostly absent both days and ignored the situation."
