"We enjoyed our stay here. This is our 2nd time staying here and the main reason is their pool area. Our 8 year old grandson just loves the pool and waterslide! We love the breakfast! Our room was nice and comfortable."

"For the price, the bed was clean and comfy, the bathroom was nice. The phone wasn't working in our room but we just needed a place to sleep and it was just what we needed. If you are on the 2nd floor there is no elevator. The coffee was good and hot. The breakfast included: cereal, waffles, eggs, potatoes, biscuits, gravy, pastries and bagels. Parking is a little tricky but not bad. All the staff were very helpful and kind."

"Honestly, the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in! Conveniently located. We loved the historical features in the building, but still very modern rooms. Very well maintained and clean. Parking spaces were limited, but there was available parking across the street."

"The kid pool was dirty, it had rocks and sand built up on the sides and made its way towards the middle of the pool(which is a bummer because the pool is why I checked into this place for my toddlers). There is water damage on the upper walls above the pool and the hotel had an old house smell to it. My key card worked to get into the building but never worked to get into my room except the first initial time. When I checked out I asked the receptionist to please have the manager call me and never received a call. I am really disappointed because I planned a trip from Montana to Wisconsin and then back to Montana and booked all my hotels ahead of time. Well I have to stay in this hotel again and I really really do not want to, but have too because they are still going to take my money."

"Staff member entered room while I was asleep 4 hours before checkout. Arrived late after traveling all day. Asked for a late checkout which would be 1pm as their checkout is 12pm. The front desk attendant said no problem. First room smelled liked mold. Had to be moved to another room. Woke up at 9am to a staff member opening the door and she made it the bathroom before saying “omg I thought this room was vacant.” Right at 12:01pm while I was getting dressed and ready for my 1pm late checkout the cleaning lady starting banging not kicking banging on the door, sayinf “checkout time, time to go!” I relied through the door “I have a late checkout until 1pm. She replied with “no you don’t.” I said yes I do I asked when I checked in. This woman proceeded to pace up and down the hallway outside of my room and every 5 minutes banged on the door saying “you packed up yet” I believe this person working at this hotel has a serious mental illness and is dangerous to guests and should be investigated."
