"Parking garage across the street, about $20 a day. Room was clean, quiet and in a great, safe walkable area. Breakfast was just ok. Ran out of pancake batter often in the pancake machine and was slow to refill. Not too many options at breakfast, but otherwise great hotel for families. Walk a couple blocks to an ice cream place called “Crave.” You won’t be disappointed!"

"This lovely boutique hotel in Baltimore was an absolutely delight to stay at! Staff were so nice, lovely perfume spray when you walk; the decor was so adorable; the bed and room were wonderful and onsite amenities, coffee bar and rooftop bar and restaurant were superb! I wish it had been a little closer to inner harbor but all in all five stars!!"

"The property was satisfactory; however, the staff exhibited rudeness and showed little regard for customer service. On the second day, we requested that our room be cleaned and provided with fresh linens and towels, but this request was not fulfilled. We had to actively seek out the maid for clean towels after the third day. Additionally, we were required to locate the cart ourselves to dispose of the trash after the third day. "Check-in time at 4 is apparently optional. Was like sitting in an airport with the number of people waiting for rooms for hours. Took us two hours to get our room. Was awoken in the middle of the night by our neighbors who sounded like they were in the room with us yelling - this is not a motel! Will absolutely never stay here again - was overpriced and just all around bad experience."

"The location was not safe looking. The shower was not clean. The people looked like people who lived there or just hanging out. The manage allowed us to check out and promise he would refund my money for the three nights I did not stay. I have yet to receive my refund. I would not recommend any one to stay there until you bring in a team that will help with updating your facilities and stop allowing people to just hang out. You prices were great. There are two elevators, but only one works and the lone person at the front desk has to constantly run around to “call” the elevator for guests as the call button doesn’t always work. We had a “suite” that hasn’t been updated since the 1980’s and it showed. The A/C struggled to cool the room (it was in the 90’s outside). You have to duck to get your head under the shower.
