"We recently stayed at the Hilton Cancun All-Inclusive, and overall, we had a great family vacation! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4/5 🏨 Resort & Rooms The resort is beautiful, modern, and very family-friendly. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and had a great view. The property itself is large and well maintained, with plenty of pools and places to relax. 🍽️ Food & Drinks There was a good variety of restaurants and food options, and we enjoyed trying the different dining venues. The quality was generally good for an all-inclusive resort, although some restaurants were better than others. There were plenty of choices throughout the day, so you definitely won’t go hungry. 🏖️ Beach & Pools The pools were nice although tiles are coming off. There were several options, including areas that were great for families and kids. The beach was beautiful but noplace for beach chairs by the beach. There’s a bit of sargassum here and there but it is cleaned daily. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Family Experience This is definitely a good resort for families. There were activities for kids and adults. 🚌 Location & Transportation The location is safe, convenient & gated. We appreciated the transportation options, including the shuttle to Hilton La Isla, although the shuttle schedule was somewhat limited. Going to GO mall with shuttle is another option. 👍 What we loved: • Beautiful and modern resort • Family-friendly atmosphere"

Dreams Riviera Cancun Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

"I personally thought it was one of the best vacations I’ve ever had but at the end I got charged for a spa treatment that I thought it was free and frankly I regret to have it. My mom thought we were paying only $40 x person and having $400 bonus I thought it was covered but we paid $300 for 3 treatments that included a sauna, a water massage and a massage for, that I thought it was too much. First of all I am a paraplegic and since I can’t stand up I only got the massage compare to my mom that also got the water massage and our friend that got the sauna too on top of the other treatments. But they got our receipts signed by us so we couldn’t complain. Next time I won’t use the bonus. But everything else was fabulous, except the night show that they were changing the spot were they were doing it all the time so we could see only 2 but frankly was more than enough because at the end of the night we were all tired and we couldn’t wait to go back to sleep in our rooms because the daily entertainment was so good and we couldn’t wait to do it"

"Rooms were very nice, pools are amazing. Very spread out so you don’t feel like you swimming with a ton of other people. Staff was very nice and helpful. They do immediately try to sell you on a vacation package the second you walk in so beware. Food was pretty good."

"Nice resort, second time staying. Love the option of staying at Ventus Ha with the ability to travel to nearby resort buildings, additional restaurants and activities. Enjoyed the rooftop bar. Only had 1 bad experience with a server, however everyone else was very welcoming."

"An Amazing Experience at Haven Riviera Cancún! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our stay at Haven Riviera Cancún was truly an amazing experience from beginning to end. This resort exceeded our expectations and gave us so many wonderful memories to take home. The entire property is beautiful, peaceful, clean, and very well maintained. The atmosphere is perfect if you’re looking to relax, disconnect from everyday life, and enjoy a little piece of paradise. One of the things that impressed us the most was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, respectful, and attentive. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely cared for. The service throughout the resort was exceptional, and the staff always went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. The food was delicious, with a great variety of restaurants and options to choose from. We also loved the drinks, the pools, the beach, and the beautiful views throughout the resort. Everything was designed to make the experience feel relaxing and special. Our room was comfortable, beautiful, and spotless, and we really appreciated the attention to detail. The resort also offers plenty of activities and entertainment, while still having quiet areas where you can simply relax and enjoy the surroundings. Overall, Haven Riviera Cancún was a wonderful experience. It was a place filled with relaxation, beautiful scenery, excellent service, delicious food, and unforgettable moments. 🏝️🏖️⛱️⛵️"

"A stellar airport hotel- beautiful pool and grounds, large bedrooms, helpful and friendly staff, a good breakfast included. Extra bonuses: it is pet friendly if you are traveling with a dog; and there are a nail salon, massage therapy spa and OXXO right next door. Quite impressive for a reasonably priced airport hotel. Highly recommended."
