"Staying here felt like stepping into a hilarious mashup of Home Alone 2 (the New York dream vibes) and The Shining (minus the spooky twins… I think). The king-bed kitchenette room was spotless, cool, and comfy enough to make me consider moving in.
Front desk staff? Kind, patient, and actually helpful — unicorns in hospitality.
Cleaning ladies? Absolute angels with vacuums. I wanted to adopt them.
The hotel sits all tucked away at the dead end of Troy, which makes it feel secretly luxurious and deliciously secluded. Tons of parking too — you could land a small plane out there.
Didn’t try the pool yet, but I’ll be back this coming up summer to splash around like it’s my personal home state resort.
10/10 recommend — especially if you like your hotel stays with a little personality and a whole lot of comfort"
"The room was nicely decorated and in good condition. The bed was comfy. The kitchenette was very nice. We even had some paper towels and sugar. There was 1 roll of toilet paper and 2 boxes of kleenex. We were not there long enough to buy dishwasher soap or any kitchen supplies. We used two plastic cups. "
"everything. not only that. there is something special innovation i noticed that no other hotel has. that dim light in the bathroom that automatically is on when we put the lights off to sleep, after that when in the middle of the night we have to go to the bathroom in the middle of our sleep we don't have to put any bright light on as that dim light takes care of the night sleep without any distraction of putting on too much ligh any more. i did not see this innovation in any other hotels including 5 and 6 stars. Tru Hilton 3 cheers!!!!!"
"This was a very modern hotel. The kids liked the fact the pool was open until 11 PM so even if we were out all day, they still had a chance to swim as far as amenities go. The breakfast is very minimal. The first morning was just some cereal and bagels and muffins the next morning there was eggs and bacon, but that was about it.
The rooms are very nice, but I think they’re understaffed on the housekeeping as there were messes in the hallway that weren’t being picked up on the daily"
