"Jorge was so welcoming. He was always available to offer a suggestion or direction The facility was VERY nicely appointed from the towels and sheets to the tissues. Every light was spot lighting a beautiful object in the room. The ligjts would come on magically as you entered and turned off just as effortlessly. The common area on the second floor was a wonderful addition and allowed for an open space to enjoy wine and a snack. "

"The apartment was very nice and we loved how centrally located it was. The only downside was it was noisy at night if you had to open the windows to cool it down. Other than that we loved it!"

"This hotel puts you right in the heart of one of the most busy areas of the city. You can walk to cafes, restaurants, and deserts. However, the front staff was resistant to give advice on where to eat or even discuss the amenities of the hotel itself. In a word, they acted aloof. Still, the room was clean, and neat, and fulfilled our needs. The city is small enough to walk almost anywhere and that is the strength of this hotel, its location."

"GREAT location..however when we were there the city was doing major construction right next to the Hotel and our room was on the first floor on the corner of the two streets where the construction was....they were even jack hammering at 8am on Sunday morning! The hotel should have moved us to a higher floor or another location..we had a suite so it wasn't a matter of needing an upgrade. The staff were average. The room was sparkling clean. Beds very good. They should consider getting room...

"150 metres from the central bus & train station so super convenient from airport & ICE to Munich. Rainforest feel in reception & bar area, Suoerbowl friendly multi lingual staff. Compact we’ll set out rooms - bed light sensor for night bathroom use is handy. Free ice cold bottled water from the bar was a lovely touch. Breakfast at €19 - €21 seemed expensive - McDonalds / Bakeries in train station 2 mins away. Will be my first choice on my next visit."
