Good AfternoonI am very sorry that you did not have a nice stay here with us. If you had have mentioned about the bed when you were here, we would have given you a new bed. We don't go round trying out all the beds so totally rely on a guest speaking to us about it. As you have done this anonymously mean the next guest will have a bad experience with the bed to sadly as we do not know what room you stayed in. Regarding breakfast, we would allow a guest to sit where they want if they were not happy with the single seats. If you wanted a window seat all you had to do is ask us and we would have been more than happy to move you. Again without knowing what days you were here I have no idea what staff were on to discuss the other issues with them. Once again I apologise. There should have been a Duty Manager on the floor, did you not speak to them? Looking forward to hearing back from youKindest RegardsJane

Good Evening Mr. Service,Sorry to hear about the Piri Piri. Did you say something at the time, as we could have easily got something else for you. I have also spoken to the head Chef and no salt is ever added to his Piri Piri sauce. Once again I apologise but really wished that you had complained at the time as the situation cannot be resolved now.Kindest RegardsJane
