"Red Roof Inns used to be nice; now in need of major renovations. Missing refrigerator, light bulbs, no TV remote, filthy dirty from floors to mirrors, microwave should be trashed. No amenities, towels stained, bathroom door would not close, WiFi/cable connection poor. Very poor condition all around."

However, when we arrived at the hotel, the lady at the front desk informed us that we would have to pay $150 extra instead. She was also not very helpful or accommodating regarding the situation. We also contacted Expedia about these additional charges, but unfortunately we never received any response...
