"My room smelled like mold, told the front desk had them clean it. The smell went away for a few hours then returned, they gave me disinfectant spray. The shower wasn’t clean, furniture was beat up. My cousins room was so bad she had to change twice because of the mold scent which was why I didn’t move I was scared to get a room that was worse. Se notó que las tazas de café solo las enjuagan, no las cambian pues use una para una medicina pegajosa y en la noche tenía un poco pegado al fondo, y la cucharita pegajosa!!! Las fundas se zafan de las almohadas, mismas que no tienen una funda propia y se ven las almohadas tal cual son, muy desagradable. La regadera salpica tanto que moja el papel de baño y todo el piso. Se acabaron los kleenex y no los repusieron...

"Centrally located to beautiful gothic district. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Would have given it a fifth star had the staff actually been more helpful explaining - upon arrival - the European “way” of accessing electricity int the room and controlling the heat and air. We received no help when calling and slept in a hot room for a night. Be aware of minimal plugs…even for converters/adapters. No room on bathroom for toiletries. Shower was good."

"I only had a couple days in Athens so I wanted a location close to what I wanted to see, and the hotel was perfect for this. Staff are above and beyond, so friendly and helpful!! My room was big, and very clean. I didn't have the breakfast, but I heard great things about it from other guests. Tons of shopping, dining options and main sights are all walkable from this hotel. I was a solo female traveler and I felt very safe and well taken care of. I would definitely stay here again!"
