Shortage of towels, ice maker not working, room alarm went off at 6am ( staff never cancelled it ) previous guest coat left in room.

L'Appartement Hotel
Clean place, right in downtown of Montreal, breakfast were tasty, everyone can find something to eat, however there were no veggies. Staff really nice and helpful.
