"Overall a vey high quality hotel. However, I had half board and although the quality of the food was excellent , I would have thought that dinner should give some options on the menu. They were happy to provide alternative if I had asked during the day. Butter should given with the bread instead having to ask each time. An additional cheese dish at 22 euros is a little expensive."

A true test was a mix up with booking numbers via the Expedia system meaning our room had been assigned to someone else on arrival - the team handled this efficiently and fairly and couldn’t be more apologetic despite it being out of their control. "La résidence est calme est très bien située, proche des commerces et juste à côté de la station de ski. La vue du 3ème étage est magnifique et l'appartement est bien entretenu. Le monsieur de la réception est très accueillant et serviable. Cependant, la literie est peu confortable. "
