"Helpful staff"

"Fantastic flat to explore Tarragona from. On the very edge of the walled section of the city, very convenient to get anywhere. You could even park nearby, which you could never say anywhere in that section. Very cute patio for drying clothes or enjoying the city in the morning, nice small flat space for eating or relaxing mid day. You will spend most of your time out in the city, you can walk anywhere in Tarragona, but this was a great vacation spot to come home to."

"We loved our room which was a Jr. Suite. Recently renovated, it was nicely decorated in light tones, and had a wall of glass facing the bay and beach! The lighting worked well, the bathroom was fine, as was the generous amount of storage. The only improvements we would suggest are the soft goods…the pillows were not good, either too small or too large and artificial materials that were not comfortable. The towels were well used and not very achievable. Otherwise we were very happy. ...

"Ein sehr schönes und vor ein paar Jahren frisch renoviertes Hotel, das keine Wünsche offenlässt. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und auch in der Bar/Restaurant freundlich bedient. Hier haben wir abends auch etwas gegessen. Die Speisen waren gut, jedoch sollte man wissen, dass es nur eine kleine Karte gibt.  In der Umgebung gibt es sehr viele Supermärkte, Restaurants und auch sehr gute Bäcker, sodass man auch außer Haus sehr gut frühstücken oder zu Abend essen kann. "

"Lovely clean room. I selected a single with balcony and had room 21 which was clean and fresh. Basic but functional. The bathroom is tiny with the hand basin sitting over part of the toilet so if you are a little larger it's a tight fit. Check in is a machine and ended up having to call for assistance as there was no room assigned to my booking. Next issue was it checked me in and provided a room card but no indication of which room! Quick call and sorted. The hotel advert mentions coffee...

"todo muy bien con la estancia. El único inconveniente el fuertísimo olor a productor de limpieza con ambientador que hizo que abriésemos la ventana durante varias horas. El olor a ambientador es excesivamente fuerte. Si lo podéis controlar será más agradable."

"We had a very comfortable stay in this very clean and very convenient flat. Beds very comfortable, furnished with all the essentials for a short holiday (dishwasher, toaster, kettle, washing machine), with an astounding view south-west out of the city walls over the Mediterranean, and right at the heart of the old town (but easy enough to walk elsewhere). Relatively easy to pick up and drop off key (at a different location in the old town about 5 minute walk away). Only negative was carrying...
