"The location was very good, bed amazing, giant windows and 12 foot ceilings were great. Enjoyed having a full size couch, kitchen we didn’t use but handy. This would be a great spot for a month long stay. It’s not handicapped friendly with 7 stairs up to lobby and elevator. Take your own hair conditioner."

"We were in the area and had really no other place to stay and ended up choosing this location. It looks charming and quaint from the outside but it's not great on the inside. I would not recommend. "

However, to get from the parking lot to our room, we had to transfer elevators from one BUILDING to another. So that was a slight inconvenience. Nonetheless, I would still recommend this place to a friend as we had an overall positive experience."

"The support personnel was excellent, who did all they could and more to help us. But, two flaws: 1. No cable TV and that wasn’t mentioned when we reserved. That was particularly important while the World Soccer tournament was being held. A special subscription for that event would have been greatly appreciated and wouldn’t have cost much. 2. The freezer door in Loft 33 kept being frozen locked, and we had to ask daily to have it unlocked."
