"Wish the property sent me the info directly to my email after booking as I didn't get the code required for entry before arrival. It was sent through Expedia that necessitates a lengthy log in , which I didn't have time to check while traveling. Other than that, was very happy with the stay. Super clean, nice, and smack in the middle of the best of Plateau! With the amazing Toledo bakery right next door"

"The modern styling and amenities are excellent. The nespresso machine is an added bonus and the hot tub is a great option, too. The staff is courteous, attentive, and on point. We arrived for my wife's birthday to find a box of craft chocolates and a hand written note!"

"Happy that the room and bathroom were spacious and clean. And the staff at the front desk were really helpful any time we needed something! Also the metro station is super close by, so it made it really easy to take the train during our stay. For breakfast, expect mainly pastry/bagels and boiled eggs. Taste wasn't bad, but not a lot of variety or the most filling, so it was just okay in my experience. The area isn't too noisy, but you might hear some construction around this time of year....

"Stayed 3 nights in a 1BR apartment. Great location and nice that it was fully equipped with kitchen gear as well as laundry machines. As someone else mentioned, the codes needed to enter are a bit cumbersome (5 digit code at entry plus same code in elevator, then 9 digit code for suite entrance) but nice that it is so secure. Bed was very comfortable and large. Only negative for me was that the wifi did not work very well. It was okay for the first day, but then it wasn't. I tried different...

"They showed me 3 dirty rooms, I came back to reception every-time to ask why are they giving me a used room. The staff was unavailable and I had to exit the hotel at 1:30 AM at night and get a refund. The excuse they have is they happens often and they are unable to assist!!"
