"If you are looking for a quality villa, this is not it. The photos of the exterior are AI-generated. The villa was so poorly built and the finishes are shameful. On the second morning, I woke up to my bedroom completely flooded. We couldn't stay here another night and the property declined to...

"The room was clean, the staff were excellent & very welcoming. The only thing missing in the room was a microwave/stove, but if you can live without it then it's not a big deal. "The Royal Purnama exceeded our expectations. Both food and beverage outlets had great variety and had wonderful ambience, especially at night. Special shout out to Agus for the Lavender Margaritas 🍸 Will definitely return, didn’t really want to leave 😭."
