Please note that we take these matters very seriously. Upon full inspection of the room (which you had already stripped the bed before we entered), we were unable to find any evidence of what you are claiming in your review but rather found that it was a LINT-PARTICLE that may have got on there when you stripped the entire bed.By the time our associate was about to provide you with an update and offer to move you to a different room for the inconvenience you may have experienced, you had already left the property. Furthermore, our maintenance team was called in later that same evening to perform their inspection and likewise, found no evidence (we even told you this over the phone).We are unable to accept (and do not appreciate) the groundless accusations that you are claiming here as this goes against our values and services that we strive for.
