Having reintroduced the full english breakfast in a traditional sense the property has regained our commitment to booking a bed with breakfast rate. "Facilities really are first rate, staff are very friendly and attentive. Lots of sporting activities available, on-site food is pretty decent, although we tried to make use of the self-catering facilities. Rooms are lovely, although soundproofing could be improved but generally other guests are thoughtful. My only area of improvement would be the cooking facilities within the apartments. They are very basic and missing some simple amenities such as a chopping board. But overall really can't...

"Hotel reception wasn’t well signed. Rooms were clean, but corridors were quite dirty. Staff were friendly and helpful. Main restaurant wasn’t available so had to eat in a stark feeling cafe area which wasn’t so nice. The staff were very accommodating regarding allergy issues. The steak wasn’t very good. Breakfast in the restaurant area was nice. Again staff were attentive."

"Would not stay again. Whilst the family room was fine, the bathroom extractor fan was deafening, and for a family room they only included 2 sets of towels and 2 mugs for the four of us. We went to use the pool, the main reason we booked the hotel, and were told they had run out of towels and we would have to go back to our room to get and use those towels.
