"They trick you into paying a 100 dollar deposit when it's nowhere on the site and the lady didn't say anything about it until I had paid for everything else go figure then they kept the deposit go figure agin"

"Sleep Inn was so comfortable! The staff were incredible. Very caring and friendly. They really wanted to ensure our stay was perfect. The beds were super comfy, everything was clean, and the 12 pm check out time is clutch. The hot water and water pressure were also fabulous. I’d stay here again!"

"The room was not clean, there was hair in the sink and flicks of toothpaste on the mirror. The bathroom tub/shower was so bad we didn't feel comfortable showering in it. The toilet paper roll had 8 squares of toilet paper on it and we had to put the new roll on ourselves. The back of the bathroom door was coming apart and there were dust bunnies in every corner. I was happy we only had to be there 9 hours!"

"If you need a cheap place to stay that is safe, this is fine, The check in was quick, and that was the only time we saw the staff. The hallway was hot and reeked of cigarette smoke. The rooms appeared to be clean however upon closer inspection, there were some kind of fruit fly on the beds and there was a considerable amount of dust, crumbs, and food under beds. Bathroom was fine. Free coffee in the lobby but that’s it. We will not be back but it is a serviceable motel if in dire need."

"We had a very pleasant stay at Residence Inn Richmond Midtown/Glenside in Richmond, Virginia. The hotel was in a great location, only around 8 minutes driving distance from our daughter’s apartment, which made it very convenient for us. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We also really enjoyed the great complimentary breakfast each morning. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay in any Residence Inn."
