"1st room had yellow stains on bed and dead roaches in corner. We asked to be moved. He moved us to a different room and there were live roaches behind the couch. We asked if a refund was possible and explained the roaches situation and he looked at us confused and said he can't give a refund due to booking the hotel on Expedia"

"Be sure to lower your standards. Room looked like a crime scene. I don't even want to know how many people overdosed in that bed. Dirty, in disrepair, COCKROACHES IN THE MICROWAVE! We didn't even stay. Checked out within 20 minutes and got another room elsewhere and immediately took a shower. Just skip this place"

"It’s poorly maintained. The photos are not exactly what you get (we missed a table). Cleaning supplies smell is everywhere. The sheet had strains. Breakfast was said to be just a muffin, coffee and juice before 9am (I decided to skip). Really find a better place"

"Had a great time with the pinball machines and game systems! Kids loved them too! And it was a great location right by the highway, but in a quiet neighborhood."

"Everything was fine. Nice room with lots of space. Very clean. Breakfast was ok. My only complaint is being charged for parking without any notice. When I checked out, I asked if there were any additional charges on my card and was told "no'. Then later an additional charge appears on my credit card. When I called to ask about the charge, I was told it was for parking. Very upset when I had no knowledge about having to pay for parking."

"The property was clean. I stayed in a suite with a pull out bed and a king bed in a separate room. It’s spacious. However the air worked in the room with the king bed and did not work in the other room where my kids stayed. It was a big inconvenience because we had to sleep with our door open to the kids room. I went to the front desk and the associate was informed of the issue . The thermal was set at 64 and the room was 77 degrees. Mind you it was 90 degrees outside. She explained that...

"They are pretty much the only place in the area was an outdoor swimming pool for less than $100 a night. That being said, we overlooked the rude staff, and the fact that the rooms were only half-heartedly cleaned, and the criminal casing of rooms that the personnel were obviously a part of.... But a total infestation of cockroaches was the last straw. Pool or not, we will never stay there again!"

"Our stay was okay. I feel like the room could have been cleaner. There was stuff on the walls and the room had a kitchenette. There was a bit of smell coming from the sink. Overall, the stay wasn’t bad but it was definitely not as clean as I would have liked."
