"We were very happy with our stay at Linden Row. Parking is a block away for $10. The property, especially the rooms show their age. However, our room was decorated in a way that reminded us of the old South, specifically old Charleston. The bed was very comfy and the AC worked great. Coffee in the lobby was good. Breakfast on the property is ordered then brought to your room. The highlight is sweet Annabelle… the sweetest kitty on earth! We would definitely stay there again."

"This property has a traditional and country club vibe. It sits on 20 acres which would be lovely for a wedding or event. It’s obviously an older property but has been kept well. It was pretty empty when we arrived for an overnight stay and the cars are parked behind the building to the right when you drive up. We did not partake in dinner or breakfast."

"The room was clean but the property overall could have used a good cleaning. The room was very humid and the phone did not work. The room we were initially given had a broken refrigerator. The room we were moved to was next to the elevator and our neighbors were very loud. When I attempted to report the noise to the front desk I discovered the phone was not working. I had to walk downstairs at 11pm to report it. The front desk staff advised the phone would be fixed the next day, but it was never...

"Believe me, the Omni in Richmond is a wonderful hotel. I’ll just say that if you’re looking for a luxurious top tier level of hotel, it isn’t all the way there. You’ll notice some little things top hotels don’t let slide. The walls are super thin. I felt like I could have a conversation with our neighbors through the wall (without yelling). We were lucky not to hear any nefarious activities going on. Also, the bathroom door had some wear and tear. The windows needed a scrubbing too. No big deal....

"This was my first time at the Moxy. It's for those who cringe at the bland cookie-cutter hotels. This hotel encourages interaction among guests and has games and communal seating spaces galore."

"Perhaps this is a more general hotel thing cutting corners and not including stuff that used to be standard but there is basically no housekeeping. They change towels (no fresh linens, no cleaning) every other day. Literally we got new towels and a roll of toilet paper. Supposedly if you stay a week they clean the room.
