"Night staff was very condescending when we asked for them to switch our room as the air conditioning was not working up to par. Insinuated as if us turning the air down to 60 when the room was 80 degrees was our fault. Once they moved our room to the one right next door the thermostat sat at 66 and the cooling was excellent. Obviously there was an issue with the air in the first room when the lobby is cooler than the room. Also if you don’t like a citrus smelling body wash take your own. ...

"I absolutely loved it here. The whole family did! After this stay we started only looking for Drury’s to stay at for future trips. The food, the pool, how beautiful the hotel was. My one complaint, the elevator was soooooo slow!"
