"The staff was very nice, very pleasant. The issue was our room. I took the couch. The blankets and pillowcases that were in the closet for couch use were dirty. It was obvious that the bedding had not been washed. I refused to sleep on the sheets. They could at least have a bar of soap and small lotion bottles in the bathroom. When we left our room on Friday and returned, no one had come in to clean our room. We had to call for towels and washcloths. I had to bag the garbage cans because they...

"Not at all as pictured. These are clearly not of this property. They couldn’t give us extra pillows. The phone was inoperable. The faucet handle was broken. No privacy between bathroom and the rest of the room. When informed of issues the response was “okay” without even a note being taken. They charged $100 to my card without an explanation. The cops arrived to get a “tenant” out that wasn’t paying. Divided into two buildings completely separate from main entrance. We felt unsafe. "

"I booked 3 rooms for 2 nights. We were told we could check into the rooms at 3:00PM. We came back to the front desk at 4:30Pm and 2 of the rooms still we not ready. Those 2 groups had to take less quality rooms on the top floors. When we came back to our the second night there was a large roach in the floor near the refrigerator i told the guy at the front desk about it and he gave me a card to the General Manager and said call her. "The property has its bright spots like location, free light breakfast and pool area. but mostly the small things need attention. Keeping the grounds tidy and clean. Maintaining the overall look of the property. One of my main gripes is the smoking. I know people love to smoke (at least those that do, I was one of them). The room we stayed in was a non-smoking room however, It seems that at one point it was a smoking room or the guest that stayed there in the past use the bathroom as a smoking...
