Were able To contact staff easily and our WiFi went out during a storm and they were quick to get it fixed and repaired for us. "This hotel was so comfy, cozy and clean. The staff were so nice and spoke English. The room itself was beautiful walking outside to a tropical paradise. I didn’t get a chance to eat the breakfast because they came late with our food and we were expected to do a coffee tour at 8:00, but it was quite alright. The room and staff made up for that.
