"Family friendly and quiet at the same time. Super convenient as. pATH train is right outside and exchange place is steps away. Convenient to shops and restaurants. Excellent place to stay if you’re visiting Jersey city or New York City. Safe and clean hotel and rooms. Comfortable rooms. Shower and toilets are clean with great water pressure. Will stay here again."

"Clean and spacious room. There is cooking facilities but I didn't use it. Free laundry. 10mins walk to Exchange place and Hudson River. 10min walk to whole foods and plenty of dining option. Tram is 2mins away and 2 stops away from a shopping mall. Love the location."

"Large room. Well equipped kitchen. Would be good for a longer stay. Prefer a hotel with room service. Key pads in elevator and on room door too clunky. If you want to go keyless, let phone tap be the key. "

"Told us upon check in we had a $65 room service or restaurant credit for each day of our stay. So we used it. However upon check out they said it was really a $65 credit for entire stay. Very deceptive. "

"So if the staff are reading rhis, I wonder if a Platt or a longer Platt name has ever stayed there, other than me? I laughed with the staff about wanting to stay here because my last name is Platt..... (a few letters longer). I had a magical stay. I enjoyed the rooftop. The service was prompt. The rooms were clean, the showers worked, i'm in downtown new york city, what else can you ask for? Next time I come to new york, I'm staying here especially now that I know the neighborhood better."

"The check-in process was quick and seamless. However, it would be helpful to offer a wider selection of teas in the room, including green tea, as well as additional bar beverage options. The service at the bar downstairs could be improved, as the staff member assisting me was not particularly helpful. Additionally, I would appreciate the option to check out later than 12pm."

"Sadly, I was in NY for my sister’s funeral and had to extend my stay. The staff was so very kind and accommodating knowing it would be best for me to be able to stay in the same room. Cassia and especially Lukasch were so very kind, compassionate and helpful. It was my second time staying there and I’ll definitely stay there the next time I’m in Manhattan."

The staff were incredibly accommodating with my request for a room with a specific view and the room itself was clean and incredibly unique and eclectic.
