"Room was very clean, staff were a delight, breakfast tasted alright but it seems they were short staffed those days. Haven’t tried the hot tub or swimming pool, but they looked great. Probably would have used them if I stayed for a longer period of time."

"The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. A section of baseboard was pulled off exposing mold. The bathtub was filthy and did not drain. If I hadn’t got in so late, I’d have left."

"Fairly decent value for the price. Property could certainly use some renovations; particularly the hallway carpeting which is very old and tattered. WiFi was unstable at best. Overall, an okay place to sleep for one night."

"Comfie bed. Very clean property and breakfast area. Debbie at front desk was so friendly and helpful. She’s honest too. I hadn’t even realized I had left my credit card there when checking in and she brought it to my room. 😁"

"Room was decent for sleeping. Even though it is non-smoking, you can smell that many still do. Last morning we had NO hot water."

"Had an issue with the tv where the internet stopped working. Within 10 mi utes of notifying them they were on the case and had it fixed within the hour, fantastic service! Staff are lovely, very friendly and welcoming. Room cleaned well every day unless sign was put on door. Coming back to streetsboro and already booked my next stay here."

"Based on location is why I booked hotel. Check in process went smooth and front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I would not stay at hotel again. The breakfast did not provide enough options for our party, but it was nice that a Bob Evan's was next door. Also, hotel should not provide linens with stains. Does not matter that they have been washed; seeing blood stains does not make patrons feel good about hotel."
