"Comfortable beds, and a good location. Check in and out was easy. We had a room with a spa, but it was just an outdoor bath that looked like a spa, and it was all cracked and dated. Had to fill it ourselves on arrival. The door to the spa area also leaked alot with the rain we had during our stay. If you are after a quiet stay, I would recommend an upstairs room as its quite noisy in the downstairs rooms. Overall not a bad place to stay, but not sure if we will be back."

"Overall a charming property with a very spacious room at a good rate. A/C and heating both worked very well. Great location right within walking distance to main dining and shopping area. Couple things to note is there is no elevator at the property but staff was able to assist with bringing luggage up. It is also private entrance to the rooms, like motel style"

"It's not what I was expecting. The pictures we saw on expedia was very misleading. Around 750 we paid for two nights . We got moldy smelly cupboards two little portable heaters . Moldy curtains .The room was very cold, old looking . We traveled with 3 kids and I didn't feel it was very hygienic. Atleast a heat pump would've been ideal in this winter time . "Truly a five-star experience with wonderful views of the lake! Friendly, welcoming and attentive service throughout our stay. Spacious room with very comfortable bed and plenty of amenities. Great breakfast including deliciously prepared made to order hot options. Enjoyed the hot tub as well as beautiful grounds."

"Small campground but very well maintained. Cabins, toilets, bathrooms always very clean. However, Some of the showers are due for a renovation. The pools are great and very entertaining for whole family. The private natural pool is also very nice - recommend it."

"A lovely hotel, room was spacious and very clean with all the amenities you need, parking was plentiful, the staff are welcoming and a nice surprise was the huge spa bath/pool in our room which was used several times absolute heaven! Hotel is close to everything, walking distance to the restaurants, supermarket, bars etc. We would definitely stay here again!"

There were dirty dishes and left over food and rubbish left outside rooms on the ground level when we arrived and were still there when we left the next day. The ground level access into the hotel was pretty untidy so not a very good first impression. Overall we had higher expectations for the price we paid."
