"Our reservation was lost by the hotel. They found a room for us but not a deluxe room as we had reserved. Our new room was at a lesser cost but it was a much smaller room than we had booked. Also two twin beds not a king bed as we had booked. An apology would have been appreciated but none was offered. Other than that our stay was comfortable. "

"Simple hotel needs some redecoration very plain and old.stone walls in the room make it feel real poor and definiately not a nice hotelro. Bathroom has a douche cabine which is in poor state, lots of mold there. "

"As touring cyclists, we appreciate the secure bike storage. Restaurant is very expensive for the quality of food. We had schnitzel and fish and chips and both seemed to be frozen foods. Good selection of beer."

"If it was just me staying here it would have been perfect. I love the location, Zwolle’s old town is an amazing place to stay. The room was large but the shower and sink area had no door, which presents some problems when you have other people there with you. The separate toilet although not uncommon in the Netherlands is a bit of a pain. It wasn’t the room in the photo, so we had different expectations, but this is our own fault.
