"Disaster and disgusting! They promised a non smoking room but the only thing about their non smoking rooms are the signs on the door! The rooms smelled of mold and in some areas cheap cleaner. They have a no refund policy, that means, you have to pay them for a room and they do not have to give you anything of what the agreement stated. "The good: I enjoyed my room with the jetted bath. I was nice to soak in with all my aches and pains. Went for the fire expo. It was in a good location to get to and from the expo. The Bad: The shower wouldn’t go down so I pulled up the grate and it was all hair. i had to move it because I was already in the shower and all soaped up.
