"Helt underbar personal som var mycket trevliga och hjälpsamma, om allt! Dom var nyfikna på Sverige och ställde många frågor om det mesta, om vårt hemland och allt möjligt. Skulle jag åka till Venedig igen så hade jag nog valt det hotellet då också, för det var inte jätte dyrt 😀"

Het personeel was uitzonderlijk klantvriendelijk en stond altijd klaar om te helpen, wat het verblijf extra aangenaam maakte. Appearing shortly after check in with a welcome belini❤️ Liberal use of scented cleaners made the room smell unbearable. Front desk provided a fan very promptly to help. The hotel in under renovation & beside a gym/dance studio. So there is noise during the day if you're in the hotel during the day. My room had a large structural pillar in the middle of the rim making it hard to navigate the space. But the bed, ...

"Stanza grande, molto pulita, silenziosa e con letti comodissimi. TV di ultima generazione, con Disney+ inclusa! Camera con frigobar e bollitore per the e caffè, con inclusi biscottini (un dettaglio che non sempre si trova...).Colazione abbondante e varia, personale cortese. Da considerare sicuramente per un soggiorno a Venezia, a 5minuti di vaporetto."

"We found Hotel Rigel to be an excellent choice for our 5 nights. The hotel is just a 5 minute walk from the waterbus stop on Lido on a quiet road. "Clean and great service "

"I was pleasantly surprised about how tasteful, clean and spacious my room was. Even the bathroom was large. And I loved the high ceilings. I felt like living in style! A 2 minute walk to a lovely beach. In a completely quiet neighborhood. And it took me only 10 minutes to walk to the harbor. From there, water bus connections to downtown Venice, or directly to Venice airport, were very frequent and on time. All in all an extremely positive experience -- I shall be back!"
