"Hotel was lovely, room was great just the bathroom/ shower shelf missing/Broken meaning all shower stuff had to be left on the floor. Breakfast was great not full English but scrambled eggs,bacon and all the usual continental and cereals. Served with fresh coffee or tea. Plenty of shops and restaurants close by and away from the madness and costs of Venice island. Handy for the actv waterbus 5-10 mins walk would definitely go back"

"Maintained as traditional property , old style. Great place, 10 minutes walk from main street. One of the bathrooms were not useful so much for shower given the design, eater easily comes off from shower area, curtain not much useful."

"Room was spotless and had great views over the water towards the grand canal. Lovely that it is just outside of the hustle and bustle with plenty of cafes/ restaurants close by. Arsenale waterbus stop is just a few minutes from the door which was so handy. Breakfast was great, loads of choice and anything we had was nice. We also had a few drinks sitting outside the hotel one evening which was beautiful watching the sunset and very reasonable pricing. Staff were fantastic, had no issues at...
