"L’hôtel était bien, sauf l’accueil où le préposé a l’accueil semblait faire du zèle avec nos pièces d’identité. Prendre pour acquis que dans cet hôtel la seule pièce d’identité valable est le passeport alors que partout ailleurs en Italie, nos autres pièces d’identités gouvernementales étaient admises."

"Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. The location was superb for a central Venice stay. Room was well furnished and the aircon was appreciated as you'd need the windows closed as you are very central; noise from tourists outside in the evening. Not a criticism of the hotel. We didn't try breakfast but the bar was happy to brings drinks and nibbles to the room."

"Beautiful hotel. Staff were very professional yet friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Room was very spacious and clean. Great location on the Main Street just a few minutes walk from both the Water bus station and the beach (in opposite directions). Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby if you don’t want to eat at the hotel. "
