"This is a “must stay and relax” type of place. The staff is incredible, the customer service is superb and the amenities (spa. Swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, boating, biking, etc.) is fabulous. The property is lakefront with amazing views. It is centrally located to visit several cities and easy parking. Highly recommend and the four restaurants are so good. Great time and will visit again! "Very beautiful place, owner is very sweet! Parking was a bit annoying on and off as the restaurant also serves non staying guests. But we just would wait 20-30 min and would have an opening. Food was okay, but there was a good Italian pizza shop one or two minutes down from the road that was very good! "

Self checkin was not working and took an hour and I was sent to a “used” room. Finally everything was sorted out (thanks to Maryem).
But I was understandably nervous and shattered by the end."

We were initially concerned about the lack of private parking, but the nearby covered public parking is very close, and the hotel offers a discount for it.
The absence of air conditioning was not an issue thanks to the use of fans and ventilators.
The location near the city center and the beautiful view of the castle made our stay even more special.
