The steep inclines throughout the hotel's walkways were tough for my gf to navigate and the hotel is far away from the walking streets. However, the shuttle services, consieege and private pools more than made up for it. Our room was huge as well."

"The pools are amazing. Large upper pool for swimming laps. Views and the convenience was great for first few days in Koh Tao. The Factory restaurant next door great for healthy and some gluten free food. "

"This hotel ended up being the most expensive of our whole trip around Thailand and actually the worst in respect of the condition of the hotel and rooms, it needs some investment to upgrade, area around hotel very shabby, lots of rubbish on the beach. The entertainment on beach in the evening was amazing the fire show kept us watching for a few hours, not sure I would visit that particular area again as I felt it is not cared for by the locals or tourists. The pool was closed on our 1st day...
