"Cool, old school Hawaiian property, off the beaten path...chickens and peacocks wake you early...they don't sell alcohol...great staff and owner....free breakfast...They also have beach chairs, snorkel gear and beach towels to use....great value for the money"

"The room was beautiful. The bed was comfortable. The view from my room was of the little pond. My kid slept it. The kids left the pool and the waterslide and it’s nice to be able to just walk right out onto the beach. I would definitely choose to go here again. The breakfast was also delicious."

"The lobby is beautiful. The room shower was not. It was clean. Had a musky smell. And popcorn ceiling. The stuff was friendly but slow. I would not choose to stay there again. "

"Only stayed for one night. Our flight was in late so checkin was odd. Had to find the front office which is located in center of complex only signage was when you got close to it. Very dark within the complex. Cant back in parking. No signs to tell you not to only word of mouth from talking to someone if they remember to tell you. Woke up to a violation due to backing in parking. Cleaning lady was given wrong info about our checkout and tried to open our door an hour before we had checked out. Room was clean view wasnt horrible."

"This is my favorite resort on Kauai! The rooms are clean, beautifully decorated and quiet. All of the villas have a full kitchen which is super helpful. The room we had was the best so far of all the times we’ve stayed there. We were on the end of bldg A very close to the ocean with such a gorgeous view!! The staff was friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay there again."

"These properties don’t have AC but you don’t need it with the ocean breeze. There is an onsite laundry room, although it was out of order for the first half of our trip. They fixed it quickly. Rooms are clean and have everything you need. You can exchange towels at the front lobby anytime during your stay. "
