"Breakfast was great. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The bathroom was small. We had a room that faced two busy streets this time so there was a lot of traffic noise at times. Otherwise the hotel was quiet. This was our second stay here."

"This hotel is in the heart of everything. Restaurant from Benihana's to Chipotle. Shopping centers are also at a large variety. This hotel does offee breakfast, eats sausages/ham, oatmeal, cereal, coffee and juice. I came from out of town and did a staycation with my mom and she enjoyed herself. She raved about the comfortableness of the bed and the breakfast she love everything about it. Staff was attentive and extremely polite. Requested towels and was taken care of immediately. "When we first arrived and we checked in, I had to use a credit card to pay, even though I produced a receipt showing that I paid already through Expedia’s app. The next morning I went down to talk to The front desk and they told me that Expedia didn’t pay them and they were charging me again. I finally got that squared away with Expedia. Hopefully I will check my credit card today to make sure I’ve been refunded. As far as the room goes, it was OK. The maid service was horrible. "The location is near oakbrook mall and also a Dave n Busters, food options near the hotel or in Lombard. The hotel staff was friendly and they had good choice of snacks, breakfast was good. The only down side was the pool was small -not what’s online- and the morning after it was really dirty"

"The hotel was nice aesthetic and decor wise, the elevator set up was frustrating. Additionally, the pool balance had to be way off as my daughter now has chemical burns on her face and arms. Would not stay here again "

"A very nice place to stay! Very clean and we loved the complimentary breakfast. The bar area was also a nice place to hang out on the first night while our group was getting adjusted. We were disappointed the pool was not in working order because it was being upgraded, but just another reason to come back and check it out once it is finished! Great and comfortable experience!"

"I expected the resort to look better than what we saw on arrival. Staff professional. We were disappointed in the room upon entering. The carpet was old, patio was not well kept, the view was not a good view of the golf course (south elevator room 903) and when I went to take a shower I saw dried snot on the wall! Completely grossed me out. I could not take another shower and thank God we only booked one night! Will not return."
