"I checked in at 1:00 a.m. and set my alarm for 9:30 a.m., but I was woken up at 6:00 a.m. due to construction right outside my window. I wasn’t able to fall back asleep. I then changed to another room, but the noise was still there, although slightly reduced."

"One of the workers agreed to give us 5 hours late check out for €50. We tried paying on card but he tried to take us for a fool by saying its not working and he wanted cash , however we relaised a button for currency conversion needed pressing on the card machine to work, we paid this and given a recepeit, the morning staff called us at 12 woken up me and my pregant wife and told us to leave and said that they did not do late check out , we have been forced to leave and no money refunded "

"Staff at check in rude and dismissive. Paid up front and then when I left I checked my bank account and tried to charge me not once but twice! Expedia also took money for a cancel booking for this 3 day stay and refuse to refund it even though hotel agree as they didn’t get money… so won’t be using Expedia or staying here again.. the manager of Pullman, was helpful once I finally got ahold of them but again the check in guy never bother to even tell her and I had to follow up and demand to...

"La verdad el hotel está excelente y más si vas con niños… pero la zona es HORRIBLE, de terror. El personal fue demasiado amable y una vez estando dentro todo parece estar bien. "

"La habitacion esta muy limpia, el cuarto es pequeño, la cama muy agradable, dormi muy agusto, la ubicacion es ideal, es muy centrica, hay muchisisimos restaurantes, el metro esta a solo 2 cuadras caminando y ya te conectas con todo. La estacion central tambien esta muy cerquita te puedes ir caminando de la central al hotel pero si no traes maletas grande y pesada toma en cuenta que la calle esta empedrada. wifi muy buena señal. Mi estacia fue muy agradable."
