"The property was unique and beautiful. In a very quiet neighborhood but close to many things. We arrived early before check in and they sat is in a lovely lounge and provided tea and snacks while we waited. The breakfast was fresh, generous and delicious. Definitely would stay there again"

"Nice large room with high ceiling but could have done with some renovation (window frames etc.) Comfortable bed and furnishings. Access to a fully equipped kitchen and lounge was very useful and comfortable. No real place to leave my bicycle but it was indoors and safe nontheless. I really enjoyed the walking tour of Derry provided by staff at a reasonable price. The staff were only available at their sister location around the corner which could be a little inconvenient. "Booked this for my mum and dad and they said how the hotel was very convenient to the local attractions however the rooms where not cleaned well at all, the dust on the bedside table, dressing table and tv was obvious to the eye. Not meeting their expectations."

"Very cool place- we booked the big room for family of five. Hot tub was great and had such an incredible view and the extra cost was well worth it and included a drink! The owners are great and the location is super close to Giant’s Causeway and has a beautiful view. The only very mild negative is it is a working farm so there’s some flies and a bit of a farm smell, but I would definitely stay there again. Great place! Nice breakfast too."

"It's a beautiful Georgian Guest House , opposite the city walls. Quiet location, an easy walk ,to the Cathedral and all the sights , city centre, and bus station,on the doorstep , everything within easy reach. Excellent friendly host Brilliant for solo travellers."

"Can’t praise this place enough. Just perfect. Lovely hosts, lovely breakfast, lovely rooms. Sadly the hosts are retiring at the end of the month and reclaiming their lovely home. I wish them all the best for their next chapter."
