"Value for money, connecting with host is a issue"

"During my recent four-night stay. The Wi-Fi was consistently unreliable, and despite my reports, the issue was never addressed. I was further inconvenienced by an unannounced policy of changing credentials every Sunday, requiring a front desk visit to reconnect. Most critically, my account was prematurely deactivated on my third night. During this time, I could not contact staff because my in-room phone was non-functional. Additionally, my room keys frequently failed to work."

"We stayed in a family room with two queen beds. Spacious and comfortable. Excellent location right outside Jonker Night Market, but note that you can definitely hear the noise and concerts going on right outside if you are on that side of the building. It ended around 11 pm. The bathroom was spacious but could be renovated - due to the design of the tub, there was a fair bit of moldy caulking. Staff was friendly and helpful."

"Property is far from attractiions, need to take Grab in/out. Furnishings are outdated and not clean. Stains are found on chairs and sofa. Washroom basin and toilet also have brown stains. Iron board had burnt marks. No hand soap, only one bottle soap and shampoo. Amenities are limited. Only positive note is customer service was responsive to my asks for the big problems. BTW, they don’t seem to check Expedia messages, you need to contact them via Whatsapp."

"We spent four nights at Treasures and it was lovely. Quiet, peaceful, calm and welcoming inside, and 10 mins walk from the old town centre / Jonker St etc. We had a Premier room - very spacious and comfortable. Only thing was that the room is a bit deprived of natural light during the day as overlooking the inner courtyard, but we weren't in there much during the day anyway, and there are lots of nice communal areas to lounge around. "Though this is not 5 stars hotel but amenities should be functional. Upon check in, realize safe and fridge both no working. Kettle connected to a faulty socket too. Connecting to hotel WiFi was greeted with security warning on Android phone. Asked for an additional towel as we travel with a kid, once with room service staff then called front desk, but the towel never come. All towels are old and with holes but not a big deal. However, the aircon is surprisingly configurable to how I want it to...
