However, there is much they could have done to improve our stay, following some thing that were not so great: 1- the shower had a very poor drainage system, it tub keeping filling up while taking a shower and I had to shut off the shower from time to time to give it time to drain. 2- the hair conditioner cartridge was not working at all, we could never make it work. 3- The twin beds room, the mattress were not comfortable. 4- The complimentary breakfast was...

"Beautiful lobby that has natural plants. The hotel smells clean especially when walking to the room. We had a connecting room with a king bed and it was perfect for 2 parents and 2 kids because the connecting room was a little living room area where the couch opened into an extra bed. The pool was clean and the hot tub was relaxing. The included breakfast was fresh and had many options, not your typical continental. Overall I’d stay here again and it was definitely a great deal."

"Centrally located area for my needs. I would definitely stay there again. Only issue for me was it listed complimentary breakfast but that was not offered. Also, when I called hotel to ask if there was shuttle/driver services I was told no, but there is a van with the hotel that will take you places if needed and also to airport if it’s within their working hours."

"I only picked this hotel because it did say it came with a free breakfast when it came time for breakfast. All I found was packets of hot chocolate and coffee and then ask the front office staff and they explained to me they were low on provisions and there was no manager to speak to due to the fact it was the weekend and they gave me a card and said I could try talking to someone on Monday. This does not seem acceptable when they advertise that they have free Breakfast."
