"Breakfast had to wait for eggs replacement for over 15 mins. Guest had to keep asking for replacing items. Instead staff keeps eyes on the items. Second had to move other room due next door had Two dogs kept barking for hours."

"We recently stayed at this hotel and overall found it to be clean and well-maintained, which we appreciated. However, several aspects of the stay made it uncomfortable. The water pressure in the shower was very poor, which made it difficult to enjoy or properly rinse off. In addition, the bed was extremely soft and lacked proper support, and the pillows were also too soft, which affected our sleep quality. "For the most part the staff is very welcoming and helpful, especially valet and concierge, waitresses and hostess at the butchers club and honey belle restaurants as well. The staff by the pool however were not as welcoming and helpful when trying to order food/drinks. It was Memorial Day weekend so perhaps was more full than usual. Overall the hotel is very nice and definitely would come again"

"If you are looking to be close to the beach this is the perfect location. This hotel was so nice and quiet. There was plenty of parking and the breakfast is always a plus. The coffee was available all day which was also great. No complaints about this hotel. Most definitely will be staying here again."
