"Beautiful hotel, staff are so friendly and helpful. Facilities great, hotel feel is laid back and luxurious but not fussy. Very clean and beautifully kept grounds. Location is great 30 minute walk to beautiful little town Panormo which has plenty restaurants, bars and a few shops. 30 minute drive into the city of Rethymno. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxed base to explore Crete, we stayed for 1 week and felt we could have easily stayed another few days. "
"Lovely hotel for a family holiday. Between the pools, water park and beach our water babies were in heaven; with the inclusively priced cocktails we were too!
Delicious and great range of food in the buffet. Do book on arrival if want full choice of alternative dining options. Appreciated being able to get snacks for the kids during the day. Highly rate the beach BBQ.
Would have enjoyed some music in the bars in the evening, but beside that couldn’t fault our stay.

Convenienty located between two parts of Bali with a land train stop right outside if required. view from the rooftop terrace where we had breakfast was stunning. "We stayed in their Electra Villa which was luxuriously appointed with fantastic ocean and mountain views and facilities with a sauna, pool and sun loungers that is not overlooked for absolute privacy. A fabulous breakfast was brought to us by the host every morning consisting of salads melons and traditional Crete dishes and pastries all freshly prepared and cooked every morning. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly and were happy to advise on the best places to go in the area.
