"Very nice front desk people, also 24 hour front desk. Our room had a little private balcony which is nice (I think all do) pool was nice (open til 7 pm) . Parking on street was regular trying to find a spot but they have a private lot also but about 10-15 spots. About 5 min drive from airport and 5-10 min drive to the fortress/downtown. Nice quiet safe location. "
"my family of 4 (2 teens). we needed an short stay overnight to catch the ferry early morning. This was 8-10m drive to the port. it was spacious enough for what we needed. You are near the airport so planes can be heard above relatively loud and often but it did not impact our sleep. It was a short (2-3m) walk to many dining options for food or coffee as well. Would return."
"Très bel hôtel avec une superbe piscine. Il suffit de traverser la rue pour une plage de galets. Petit bémol sur la literie un peu trop molle pour nous et la douche un peu petite. Accès à pieds en 5 mn au front de mer avec plein de restaurants.

"The owners were amazingly courteous, friendly, and professional. The property was beautiful and clean, and all staff were always willing to help in any way they could. The pool was always refreshing and relaxing, and there was a fully-stocked pool bar for drinks. Meals were served buffet style, and the dining area oversaw the pool. The rooms had either pool view, mountain view, or partial sea view. I would definitely stay here again! <3"

"Fabelhaftes Örtchen mit einem traumhaften Ausblick. Sehr gastfreundlich, zuverlässig und zuvorkommende Besitzer. Auch das Bettchen für unseren Sohn war bereits vorbereitet. Die Unterkunft ist nicht weit vom Strand und den nahegelegenen Restaurants, auch andere Orte sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Wir haben die Zeit genossen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Kreta-Urlaub."
"Beautiful hotel, staff are so friendly and helpful. Facilities great, hotel feel is laid back and luxurious but not fussy. Very clean and beautifully kept grounds. Location is great 30 minute walk to beautiful little town Panormo which has plenty restaurants, bars and a few shops. 30 minute drive into the city of Rethymno. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxed base to explore Crete, we stayed for 1 week and felt we could have easily stayed another few days. "

"Lovely hotel for a family holiday. Between the pools, water park and beach our water babies were in heaven; with the inclusively priced cocktails we were too!
Delicious and great range of food in the buffet. Do book on arrival if want full choice of alternative dining options. Appreciated being able to get snacks for the kids during the day. Highly rate the beach BBQ.
Would have enjoyed some music in the bars in the evening, but beside that couldn’t fault our stay.

"Sehr gute Lage: Die Apartments liegen direkt an einer schönen Bucht, in der man gut schnorcheln kann. Wegen dieser Nähe zum Wasser brauchten wir keine Strandliegen, man kann aber welche mieten,wenn Bedarf besteht.
Beide Tavernen machen sehr leckeres Essen zu angemessenen Preisen. Die Stadt Bali befindet sich in Fußnähe. Übrigens eine reizende kleine Stadt!
Wir haben das Personal als sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit erlebt.Der Chef hat uns beispielsweise immer wieder Gebäck und Obst vom Markt...

"My only gripe is that the drink situation in the buffet area. You have to find a server to get you a Pepsi. They have drink machines but keep them covered. Why? The food is self-service."
