Loved the cottage with its screened in porch. Very cozy, quiet, convenient to both Lincoln Woods and Franconia Notch trailheads. Would definitely stay again; we have stayed at most of the hotels in Lincoln and this was one of our favorite ones.

Excellent hospitality, greeted warmly and professionally, owner was interested in our trip, offered hiking information. We were advised to contact him anytime should we need assistance.
