"The people above us were fighting and screaming all night sounded like a herd of elephants were in their room. Our room smelled like cat pee. We reported the loud and I mean loud fighting and screaming yet it went on all night. Would never stay again the worst stay ever!!!!"

"Very bad experience, first the reception lady put me in the standard king room when i booked the king suite with separate sitting area. I had to go back to reception and when i pointed that she said oh sorry that room wasnt cleaned yet. Mind you i checked in after 4 pm. "The room was clean, comfortable and well stocked. There was no noise problems. Staff at check in were polite and provided. Breakfast on Friday was good.
Breakfast on Saturday was not good. The trash was overflowing. The tables were not cleaned and restocking was not done. Several items were gone completely and some that were left were cold."
