"This hotel is architectuarally beautiful. We were there in June and as a result of the open stairways to the harbor it was very cold all the time in the restaurant, lobby, and hallway. The free guest laundry was amazing. I may be one of the only people that does laundry on vacation but it made me so happy to have it available and having it for free was even better. The pool and hot tub were warm and clean. The service was good. "

Staff were friendly attentive and ever present.. room was lovely..beautifully appointed .. loved the Dyson hair-dryer.. my only criticism is that it was very dark. "Our room on the 11th floor was spacious and very quiet, exactly what we wanted. The negative is that the smell, old frying oil, coming from the venues on the ground floor of the hotel found their way through the vents in our room at 6.30 am which made it less enjoyable."
