"Room clean. Outdated. Permanent stains on table and in bath tub I suspect as opposed to not being clean. Good bathroom amenities. Poor coffee making amenities. Overall good stay. Would stay again if in the same areas. "

"Potts Point is a great area to base yourselves in in Sydney and Spicers is a great "hotel" - actually, that's too impersonal, it feels more like a home away from home. The reception staff are interested and attentive, our room (No.8) was well provisioned and superclean, we were in walking distance of interesting local shops and restaurants, and a short Uber to the CBD. Thoroughly recommend."

Also when booking it needs to be made clear when the booked room involves a significant “climb" to get to the floor it is on. Our apartment was unfortunately quite dark as didn't get the sun most of the day and we had initial apartment balcony cleanliness issues but these were addressed quickly by the staff when brought to their attention .
