"Wow. This hotel is such a great find. Not only is it clean and unique, the rooms are large and the staff are super helpful and nice. Breakfast was nice. The pool was slightly colder than I expected but it was 5 degrees outside and windy so its understandable. The hot tub was very comfortable. I would love to stay here again. My kids said this is their favorite hotel we have ever stayed at which is high praise since we travel frequently and have stayed in a ton of hotels!"

"Yes, the breakfast was fresh, and healthful, which I appreciated...I stayed overnight in January 2026 with frigid temperatures and the Willows heat system kept the room warm and comfortable...I would recommend The Willows to anyone needing to stop overnight in the North Adams/Williamstown MA area...it is convenient and comfortable.... "I went to North Adams to meet my daughter. At first, I was surprised that there wasn't an Inn Keeper. However, with security door for the house doors and each guest room, it wasn't an issue. The room was super spacious. Though, I wish the bathroom were bigger, or at least provide hooks for clothing. Other than that, simple continental breakfast. Since I am lactose intolerant, so my choices were a little less."

"No frills stay with a kitchen and dishwasher (make sure your room has one— some do not!!!). Location is across the street from Jiminy Peak, so skiing can be accomplished almost as easy as staying on their property. This is our fourth time staying and it always serves its purpose. "

"This is our second time staying here. We love the property, the suites work for us as there is a bedroom which is separate from the living space. There are plenty of things to do on the property and in the surrounding area. Mt. Greylock, antiquing, great breakfast spots! The Country Store on the property has great sandwiches and things needed for your stay."
